Dr. Jean Fournier received his Ph.D. in Sport Psychology at the University of Montreal, Canada. His Ph.D. dissertation dealt with sport psychology intervention for elite athletes. A black belt in judo, he has acquired extensive experience in high-performance sport. For twenty years he has worked with Olympic athletes and coaches at the French Institute of Sports (INSEP - Paris), and with the French Golf Federation. During this time, he has provided sport psychology services to athletes and coaches in golf, judo, figure skating, shooting, archery, diving, taekwondo, gymnastics, kayak, rowing and cycling. His research focuses on the effects of mental training on performance, which includes imagery, decision-making, attention and mindfulness for sport. Jean Fournier is an associate professor at the University of Paris 10. He has been the vice-president of the French Association of Sport Psychology from 2011 to 2014, and the Co-Editor of the International Journal of Sport Psychology from 2005 to 2014. From 2014 to 2016, he was the Director of Sport Science at the National Institute of Sport in Montréal. Presently, Jean is Director of Sport Science for Mindroom PSP.

From beginning juniors, junior elite to touring professionals he has been teaching the Mindroom Mental Toughness program to thousands of students. Ivar has been Director of Education and Coaching for a variety of Sport Academies in the Netherlands. His professional career has included teaching/coaching and managing positions: Mindroom Golf & Sports Academy – responsible for developing Mindroom Academies in Europe for both golf and sport; Spaarnwoude Golf Club as a PGA Golf professional - responsible for the youth and the first and second competition team; Heiloo Golf Club/Owner and Director of the Golf Academy; Director of Golf at Golf Club Houtrak - responsible for results top sport golf department Trainer/coach for team at National Championships. Responsible for developing and integrating total vision for Golf Club - managing and developing Golf Academy; Trainer /coach national team under-12 at the National Federation. As a Master coach he has been working with the National Men’s Water Polo Team and a Women’s Field Hockey Team to enhance performance and speed of decision-making skills. Ivar has been with the European TOUR Academy teaching both the mental, technical and tactical game of golf. Ivar has played a key role in the design and development of the instruction formats of the Mindroom Olympic Mental Toughness training program. As Director of Education for all Mindroom Sport Academies in Europe, Ivar oversees the instruction philosophy, the implementation of all training programs and research and development efforts that allow the Mindroom Academies to create more effective instructional programs and performance under pressure.

Dr. Melissa Hunfalvey is a former professional athlete, coach, and scientist. Originally from Australia, Melissa came to the United States, played college tennis and then played on the professional tennis circuit. She was the youngest female coach in NCAA1 history and was part of a team ranked number one in the world for coaching staff. After completing her doctorate in kinesiology (sport science and psychology) from the University of Virginia and masters in clinical counseling from Campbell University, Melissa consulted for over a decade, using eye-tracking technology and building technological solutions for athletes, military personnel, and others for the purposes of improving performance. Melissa is a Certified Consultant with the Association of Applied Sport Psychology (#253), a member of the American Psychological Association and America Optometric Association. She is also a Level 1 Professional Coach with the United States Professional Tennis Association. She has coached and consulted for many professional athletes, organizations as well as military and medical facilities. Melissa has published over 35 articles, presented at over 50 conferences, and has developed over 20 eye-tracking solutions for clients. She is a leader in the convergence of science and technology for improving human performance. As RightEye’s Chief Science Officer, Melissa is responsible for all new and existing product development efforts and she also leads RightEyes’s research branch.
